Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.
Deposit Policy
There is a security deposit required for each rental property. It is different for each property.

First of all, in spite of the issues with the house, we loved the salt marsh setting & the abundant wildlife associated with this location & we enjoyed our vacation. The house itself is a cute, little house, ideal for a small family. Now the issues with the house.
- The kitchen was infested with small sugar ants. As fast as we killed them, they returned. They were in the bathroom as well but not as bad. House needs to be fumigated.
- We had trouble controlling the temperature on the 3 AC units.
- House was musty when arrived. Candles were necessary to control this.
- Adding screen doors on the front & rear sliding glass doors would allow fresh air to enter, thus helping with this problem.
- I called your office on Saturday morning when I discovered that the outlet in the kitchen adjacent to the front window was not working. I was told that an electrician would not be there until Wednesday. Well, no one showed up! This was an unnecessary inconvenience to me as I used the kitchen table for my laptop activities & the battery would go dead & I would have to move it to another outlet to charge it. I could have went out & purchased an extension cord but the point is, the owner should have fixed it. As a former owner & landlord at our condo in FL, I would have taken care of things like this ASAP, as my tenants would not have put up with anything like this!! Overall, the place is decorated very nicely but these issues need to be addressed. I provided this information when I returned the keys on Friday morning! If we rent this again, I would expect them to charge less for the week!!
You can't bet the place for the money! We so enjoyed it.
Absolutely beautiful place, was very happy with the kitchen, only suggestion I would make at that you put a nonslip mat in the shower being my feet went out from under me lol, the other thing which I was a little confused about there should be a TV in the master bedroom that would make this place excellent, otherwise it was remarkable enjoyed my stay!
