Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.
Deposit Policy
There is a security deposit required for each rental property. It is different for each property.
