Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.

Loved this house! Was so thankful for all the plates and kitchenware to make it super easy to host a large group. The outdoor shower was a hit, the house was very clean, great beach accessories, and bikes! Loved the proximity to the beach and shark park and all the food and fun spots in town.
