A gas grill is provided, allowing you to savor delicious grilled meals during your stay. For those cozy evenings, you'll have access to a fire pit where you can unwind and toast marshmallows under the starlit sky.
The apartment is equipped with modern amenities to cater to your needs. The kitchen is stocked with essential amenities, enabling you to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. Parking will be a breeze as three designated spaces are available for your convenience. Furthermore, eight beach tags are provided, granting you access to the nearby beach. *Backyard is off limits to tenants. Owners live on property. The front porch is a communal space. Tenants enter through the left door marked "B". Please be respectful and do not pet the dog. Tenants will have access to the grill, propane firepit and keg. Follow all the city noise orders and no loud music after 11 pm.*

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.
Deposit Policy
There is a security deposit required for each rental property. It is different for each property.

Overall, the best part is the location. Just a few blocks away from the beach. The house does have potential, but..here are the negatives. And this is just my opinion. Might not be a bother to others.
1. When we arrived, my son was crawling around and playing with his dad. When I lifted him up, his feet and hands were black from the dirty floor. I will say that the owners were extremely responsive and sent someone to clean the floors right away. But, this is not something that should be happening, especially when all occupants pay cleaning fees.
2. My morning alarm was the rhythmic creaking above my head (I am sure you can guess what it was) at 7am. Be prepared to hear everything from upstairs apartment where the landlord resides. Needless to say, 7am wake ups on vacation is not ideal for me.
3. There are no knives in the kitchen. There was one tiny knife which we had to use to slice and dice everything, from meat to vegetables. I would really recommend the owners invest in some.
