Great room with queen sofa bed, large flat screen TV and dining room that seats a minimum of 12 Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances Powder room with a laundry room Private hallway to 2 beautifully appointed queen bedrooms with separate on suite bathrooms front bedroom with beach views and back bedroom overlooking the pool area. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
Third Floor:
Luxurious master suite with king bed, spa bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet and private deck with ocean views. Master bedroom also has a large flat screen TV.

Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.
