Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.
Deposit Policy
There is a security deposit required for each rental property. It is different for each property.

This was the second time renting this house. The first was 2 years ago and although we had a wonderful time, the house itself needed improvement at that time. This year, the house was listed with a new rental agent. We decided to take another chance with the house as we thought upgrades/improvements had been made. We rented for 2 weeks in order to accomodate my family's schedule. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house had not been cleaned properly. There were ants in the kitchen, 2 coffee pots that had not been washed, kitchen trash can was dirty as well as the cabinet space that it was housed in, refrigerator, kitchen drawers and cabinet under the sink all were dirty. Things needing repair: ice machine (completely broken), all window levers in the living space not functioning, family room chair leg was wobbly (2 of us almost fell off of it), solarium air conditioner leaks and the solarium floor was wet after the storm. The rent was $10,000 per week. We were very disappointed with the condition given the amount of money we paid.
The house has a lot of potential and could warrant that price per week if the proper repairs were made and if the house was cleaned properly. The location and view are magnificent and the layout works well for large families as there is ample space to spread out and relax. Given some attention, this house would be ideal.
