Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.

The house is wonderful and very close to the beach and two blocks from a WaWa. The set up included beach chairs and tags so we had everything we needed for a week on the beach. The kitchen was good (could use some serving bowls), and there are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower which came in very handy for our large group including two kids. Outside, the lounge chairs, picnic table, and grill were all very nice. The bedrooms were well sized and quiet. There were lots of nice touches at the property and I recommend end it highly.
One minor thing is that the real estate agent running the property ignored texts through Airbnb and we had to contact them through email and phone.
The home was well appointed and a great location with beach chairs, towels and beach tags included. Great big yard. There was definitely a mildew smell throughout the house.
My wife and I and our 4 small kids (6, 4, 2, 10mos) loved the place. Great space for the family, including the outside seating area and yard. So close to the best and some of the local restaurants/shops. Realtor was friendly and helpful upon checking. There was a bit of ant problem that the owner was quickly and comprehensively dealing, it did not impede our stay at all. House was very clean and comfortable; very true to the pictures. Would definitely stay here again.
Like the previous review, ants were all over the kitchen area by the table. Otherwise, great location.
Super-cute older house with new kitchen, nice outdoor space. Amenities were perfect; not having to pack bed and bath linens and beach chairs was a huge bonus. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great location.
Great location, private fully fenced yard which was great for kids. Overall very clean. Was surprised to be able to see the ocean from upstairs bedroom! Only negative feedback I have is that the ant infestation inside the house needs attention asap. They were everywhere which was annoying! If the owner were to get the ants under control, I’d stay here again!
