This home features three bedrooms, including two with ocean views and comfortable king beds, and a third with bunk beds. Additionally, there's a cozy living room, a den with a queen sofa pullout and a futon for extra guests, accommodating up to 10 people. A crib is available on request.
Enjoy modern comforts like Smart TVs in the living room, den, and each bedroom with YouTube Live TV, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine. We provide up to 6 beach passes (kids under 11 don't need tags), linens, towels, and the convenience of ample driveway and street parking.

Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.

The house was clean and comfortable. The house was wonderful, neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. The ad needs to be updated that there are linens provided which was a nice surprise. Bath tub upstairs was clogged but we just dealt with it as we know sand and pipes don't mix.
The house was awesome and real close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again
Place was well stocked and very close to the beach. Our group had a lovely time staying at this location.
