Cancellation by Renter can be done if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the arrival date. There will be a cancelation fee of 4%. All monies after the 4% will be sent back to the tenant.
Cancellation by Renter less than 60 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless approved by the owner.

The house was very nice. It was clean great amount of space for us. Having rented in the past at other locations was very pleased with the kitchen supplies and cookware.
The house is very nice for 6 adults and 2 children .The back yard was fenced in and great for the dogs. The beach was great and we all enjoyed Lascalas restaurant.
